As a result, Satoshi is estimated to have the largest Bitcoin cache, over 1 million BTC valued at around $23 billion today. This bitcoin is not kept in one address, but is distributed among these around 22,000 addresses. Other than a few test transactions, none of this was ever issued. Satoshi left the plan in 2010 and hasn’t heard from him since.

Changpeng Zhao (Cz) Bitcoin

Changpeng Zhao is the founder of Binance, the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume. According to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index, Zhao’s net worth was $96 billion as of January 2022.

The publication writes that Zhao’s net worth could be “significantly higher” as his estimate does not take into account his personal crypto wealth.

Which includes his holdings of Bitcoin and Binance Coin, the cryptocurrency used for transactions on Binance. . As of April 2021, Forbes estimated Zhao’s net worth at $1.6 billion.

Sam Bankman Fried Bitcoin

Sam Bankman-Fried’s rise to crypto billionaire status has been quite rapid. The MIT graduate founded FTX, one of the world’s most popular crypto exchanges, in 2019 and was valued by Forbes at $26.5 billion in October 2021.

FTX sets itself apart from the rivalry by offering a range of innovative products that are not available on other exchanges. This mix includes sophisticated derivatives, digital tokens for physical shares, and pre-initial public offering (IPO) contracts.

 

Bankman-Fried made headlines when he donated more than $5 million to the campaign of current US President Joe Biden in 2020. Originally from California and a vegan.

He describes himself as an effective altruist, someone who maximizes its social impact in a broad spectrum of civic initiatives.
